10,000 kg Grease Tank Solution

Early 2022 GOSS Engineering was commissioned by a client to design and build a custom 10,000kg Grease Tank Solution.
The grease fill point incorporated the fill filter and overfill shut-off valve.
The discharge end consisted of:
Load cells and thermostatic controlled grease heater
Load Cell control and communications system.
The system is fitted with a sim card for real data monitoring and transfer back to the control room and the supplier.
A very difficult lift for the Wilsons Cranes boys. Its reassuring to watch their expertise come to the fore when getting a high lift through our workshop low roller door.
